Line Mechanic

NPE-Tech (2021) Limited  |  New Plymouth

Do you enjoy working independently but still want the benefits of being part of a supportive team?

With an established reputation, NPE-Tech services and maintains some of Taranaki's highest-profile sites, and we're looking for experienced Line Mechanics to join our New Plymouth team.

This role suits Line Mechanics who love variety — covering all facets of distribution network installation and maintenance work.

We have a great culture and believe our strength is our people. The right candidate will share our values and come to work every day wanting to make a positive impact.

Why New Plymouth?

Set against the backdrop of Mount Taranaki, New Plymouth offers a lifestyle that's hard to beat. Surf beaches, an award-winning 13km coastal walkway, and Pukekura Park are all minutes from the CBD, while the mountain's national park trails and world-class surf breaks are just a short drive away. Add a thriving arts and events scene — including the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery/Len Lye Centre and the WOMAD festival — a relaxed pace of life, affordable housing compared to the main centres, and a genuine sense of community, and it's easy to see why so many people who move here for work end up staying for good.
