Description

Fermi, Inc., doing business as Fermi America™ (NASDAQ and LSE: FRMI), is pioneering next-generation private electric grids capable of delivering the highly redundant, gigawatt-scale power required to support the future of artificial intelligence.

Co-founded by former U.S. Secretary of Energy Rick Perry, Fermi America combines cutting-edge technology with a world-class, multidisciplinary leadership team to develop the world’s largest next-generation private grid, with a planned capacity of 11 gigawatts.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in project finance, leveraged finance, corporate debt, and/or debt and equity capital markets.
