Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will support clear, concise and consistent brand messaging and visual identity in all internal and external F&B printed and digital collateral materials. External support will include collaboration with Estimating and Business Development Teams and Regional Directors through the creation, growth and maintenance of marketing collateral materials and resource libraries to ensure persuasive and targeted communications are readily accessible to support all F&B regions. Internal support will include building and maintaining a suite of templates compliant with brand standards and focused on unifying our team under our core values and strategic goals. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities for this position.

- Support key pursuits and business development efforts with compelling marketing content that aligns with Fessler & Bowman’s brand, objectives and values:
- Team member resumes
- Project specific org charts
- Project Experience sheets
- Brochures
- Presentations
- Client specific for business development meetings
- Maintain Master Project and People Marketing Data Sheets
- Assemble project profiles with Project Management and Field Operations teams for distribution and inclusion on brochures, and requests for qualification/proposal.
- Lead production of quarterly Company Newsletter – in partnership with Media Coordinator for content support
- Update the general F&B AIA 305 – Statement of Qualifications annually and maintain monthly
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain highly organized asset libraries of project and team member information and resources.
- Support consistency in branding and clear concise communication of our Core Values, strategic goals, and who we are and what we do, through all F&B internal printed and digital materials, including:
- Letterhead, business cards and email signatures
- Proper use of F&B suite of custom logos and graphics
- HR materials – recruiting, onboarding, training, etc.
- Safety and Field Ops communications – Toolbox Talks, Lessons Learned, etc.
- Support Bid Coordinator to complete and maintain annual prequalification's to all current and target customers as a cross-trained backup when deadlines mount
- Support content development and design for industry award applications
- Communicating and upholding the Company’s commitment to Integrity and Code of Ethics.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Creative problem solver with attention to detail and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
Travel:
Travel is required and anticipated at 10%. Fessler & Bowman, Inc. will compensate for travel when applicable.
Work Environment:
As a Marketing Coordinator you will be subject to various work environments in the office and field. Environments include but are not limited to the following: office and field settings, high/low temperatures, areas close to traffic, loud and frequent noises, confined spaces, heights, and indoor/outdoor settings.
