At Fetch, Product is a multidisciplinary practice that brings together product management, design, and illustration to shape how users experience our platform. Product teams translate complex systems, data, and business needs into simple, compelling, and trustworthy experiences.
Teams operate in problem spaces where ambiguity is common, and the right answer is rarely obvious. Success requires strong judgment, user empathy, and the ability to make informed tradeoffs across usability, feasibility, and impact while maintaining a high bar for craft, accessibility, and trust.
Product partners work closely with engineering, AI & data, and business stakeholders to define direction, test ideas, and guide work from discovery through delivery, ensuring what we build creates meaningful value for millions of users.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and build of Fetch’s new outcome-based ad platform. This is a 0-to-1 build of Fetch’s next generation ad manager, an AI-native platform that reimagines how advertisers buy, manage, and measure campaigns on Fetch.
Your scope is the end-to-end Ad Manager experience. You’ll own key business decisions including what kind of ads to allow vs deprecate, how to present and bundle Fetch’s ad formats, and how to build an ad buying and setup experience in an AI-first world. Campaign creation, reporting, product catalog, billing, and creative generation/management are all features you’ll need to deeply think about.
We're looking for someone who can effectively balance strategic thinking with execution. You’ll be setting a year-long strategy and communicating it to our exec team as well as diving into the details of Fetch’s ads systems in order to improve them.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
