Responsibilities

- →Support the end-to-end billing process for NetSuite projects, helping ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- →Prepare and review invoices to confirm completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project contracts.
Collaboration with Project Teams:
- →Partner with client managers and project teams to understand project scope, billing terms, and related support needs.
- →Build trusted relationships with internal teams, proactively manage billing steps, and help secure the approvals needed to keep the billing process on track.
Client Communication:
- →Respond to client billing inquiries, provide clear billing information, and support a positive client experience throughout the billing process.
- →Collaborate with the Receivables team to follow up on overdue invoices when needed.
Contract Compliance:
- →Help ensure billing activities align with client contracts, agreed terms, and internal requirements.
- →Work with Legal and project teams to clarify and resolve billing-term discrepancies.
Documentation and Reporting:
- →Maintain clear and accurate documentation of billing activities, approvals, and client interactions.
- →Prepare regular reports on billing status, outstanding invoices, and other relevant metrics.
NetSuite System Utilization:
- →Use NetSuite to manage billing activity efficiently and accurately.
- →Stay current on relevant NetSuite features and updates that may improve or affect billing procedures.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of project contracts, billing terms, and invoice requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with billing, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

$65,000—$75,000 USD
