Mechanical Technician II

As a Mechanical Technician II you will manage fleet operations, including TransDev shop.  

• →Oversees 60 pool vehicles & maintenance
• →Assist with overseeing 700 +/- field vehicles & maintenance & repair health
• →Maintain /update record keeping for field / office vehicles for past due PM’s, telematics, windshield repairs, fuel cards, safety inspections, and other items as needed
• →Maintain /oversee oil changes, maintenance,  and washes for pool vehicles and other assigned / departmental vehicles as needed
• →Coordinate & scheduled vehicle repair schedules for field offices
• →Oversee ‘Traka’ system faults / repairs
• →Vehicle walk arounds of pool vehicles to ensure safe vehicle operation order
• →Maintain / coordinates telematics device replacement
• →Assist with Holman ARI fuel Pin number for field / office
• →Coordinates vehicle movement
• →Receives and inspects  vehicles for remarketing or incoming new vehicles
• →Other vehicle porter duties as required

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a closely related position
• Computer knowledge
• General vehicle knowledge
• Ability to multitask
• Profecient in Microsoft Office
• Must meet all conditional job offer requirements
