Figure is a leading, Nasdaq-listed financial technology company using blockchain to transform financial services, and our Legal team sits at the center of the company's most consequential work: public company governance, capital markets activity, M&A, and novel securities initiatives spanning our lending, marketplace, and digital asset businesses. You will be equally comfortable running day-to-day corporate matters, leading M&A transactions, and advising at the frontier of securities law, including broker-dealer regulation. This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and will work directly with Figure's CEO and senior executive team on high-priority securities initiatives.
