Responsibilities
~1 min readThis role works in partnership with the facilities and security team. The incumbent will assist and, in some cases, manage the day-to-day running of various facilities activities, including handling work orders, meeting event coordination (including setup and teardown), handling café and lunch spaces through restocking and distributing supplies.
The incumbent is a self-starter, who can prioritize work and ensure that work is performed, while delivering a high customer service experience to internal and external customers.
- →Assist with addressing client concerns/issues using the work order system.
- →Backup for Team Members - Facilities Coordinator.
- →Work with landlord and other internal stakeholders to coordinate building services and adhere to building rules and regulations.
- →Meeting event coordination and café cleanup.
- →Stock and distribute supplies inventory as required.
- →Furniture setup for meetings and external events/basic furniture & equipment installation.

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent work experience required
- 3 months of work experience
