  • The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

The Marketing & Communications Manager reports to the Director, Marketing & Communications and contributes to the planning, development, and execution of content supporting Fidelity Clearing Canada’s marketing and communications strategy. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders across the business to support corporate, operational, and incident communications, and collaborates with internal teams including Corporate Affairs and Production Marketing, as needed, to ensure alignment and effective delivery. The Manager also works with external vendors to support digital visibility initiatives, including search, AI‑enabled discovery, and paid search (SEM). 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce regular campaign tracking, performance reporting, and insights to assess effectiveness, inform optimization, and support data‑driven decision‑making. 
  • Lead communications planning and execution in support of corporate, operational, and incident communications, ensuring a consistent, controlled, and coordinated approach across the organization. 
  • Design, build, and maintain marketing and communications content, ensuring a regular cycle of updates for collateral, news, and information made available to clients and the public, while upholding brand and regulatory standards. 
  • Partner with an external vendor to support digital visibility efforts, including search, AI‑enabled discovery, and SEM, while ensuring alignment with broader marketing and communications objectives. 
  • Manage event budgets, including the development and tracking of estimates, working budgets, and actual spend. 
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop event and meeting content that supports business objectives and enhances stakeholder engagement. 

  • Own the execution of marketing campaign deliverables across owned, earned, and paid channels to promote Fidelity Clearing Canada’s products and priorities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.

For this role, your total rewards include:

  • Base Salary and discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $99,000 to $135,000 based on experience and qualifications
  • RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
