While being part of the proposition organization you will also head up and run the Altersvorsorgedepot team. It is building one of our most strategic new product propositions, creating a scalable, compliant and customer-centred retirement offering that will shape how clients invest for their future.

You have proven experience owning and delivering complex digital investment or retirement products in a regulated financial services environment. You bring strong product leadership with clear commercial judgement and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous, high-impact situations.
You are confident operating across business, operations and technology, and you understand how to translate regulatory and operational requirements into a compelling, scalable customer proposition.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have a track record of leading cross-functional teams through build, launch and continuous improvement. Experience in retirement, pension, platform or wealth propositions would be highly valuable.
