FT Partners operates on a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities

- →Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- →Proven capability to lead and manage projects effectively
- →Exceptional organizational, execution, and time management skills, with keen attention to detail

- →Excellent presentation skills, adaptable to both large and small group settings

The annual salary for this position at commencement of employment is $175,000/year. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
