Technical Analyst - PL/SQL Developer (Banking Area)

For our Lugano Branch we are searching for professionals to be included in our organization. In particular, we are looking for PL/SQL Developers with experience in the Banking sector to be part on full-time mode of innovative and international projects in Financial Services area.

• →Review and analyse customer requests and processes, transform them into structured requirements, evaluate possible scenarios and recommend the best possible business and IT solutions
• →Design, develop, document and maintain thought-out solutions within the team’s responsibility
• →Work on implementation and testing of newly built functionalities
• →Analysis and management of customer issues, manage client interaction during testing phase, taking care of bug fixing and potential change requests
• →Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, business analysts, and other software engineers
• →Ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet project specifications and timelines.

• Scientific degree / master, preferably in computer science, engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in the Banking sector
• Solid experience in PL/SQL development
• Proven ability to analyze technical requirements and deliver robust, maintainable solutions
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards (MT and/or MX) is a strong plus
• Java / J2EE programming skills would be an advantage
• Understanding of ETL processes, Database Management Systems, Relational databases and SQL is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written Italian and English is mandatory

• Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or to Italian border areas close to Switzerland
