Environmental Services Aide

As an Environmental Services/Housekeeping Aide, you'll help maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout our patient and non-patient areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness directly contribute to the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients and healthcare team.

Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, responsibilities include:

• Perform general and detailed cleaning throughout patient and non-patient areas.
• Clean patient rooms, restrooms, furniture, fixtures, and other assigned areas.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients, residents, guests, visitors, and staff.
• Replenish supplies and promptly remove trash and linen.
• Safely operate and maintain electrical, battery-operated, and mechanical cleaning equipment.
• Follow infection control, safety, PPE, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals and dispensing equipment.
• Follow workplace safety practices, including proper body mechanics and use of "Wet Floor" signs.
• Respond appropriately to emergency pages and safety situations.
• Complete assigned work efficiently and according to established standards.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Previous hospital or healthcare housekeeping experience preferred, but we're willing to consider motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
