Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Atomic ABA (https://www.atomicaba.com/) is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. We have current openings in Los Alamos & Santa Fe, NM. The position offers a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields.

BTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.

  Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings

  Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA

  Collect and document accurate data on client progress

• →

  Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

• →

  Communicate professionally with families and team members

• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields (preferred)

• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism

• A compassionate and patient approach to care

• Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
