Assist with the planning and execution of various programs, including conferences, VIP events, global seminars, and business networking receptions with the assistant of AI tools.
Support the preparation and coordination of speaker and VIP invitations, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Handle logistical arrangements for VIPs and speakers, including scheduling conference briefings and managing travel arrangements (e.g., flight bookings).
Provide administrative support to the Content & Programme Team, including maintaining schedules, preparing materials, and updating databases.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop program ideas that attract and engage attendees.
