Greetings from RCNBel - FinSANA, a growing BPO company looking for Customer Service Agents to join our team. The objective for this position is maintain constant communication with current or potential customers in North America and Latin America via phone call, mail and sms performing customer service, sales and/or collections management depending on the assigned role.
Job Description
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Process all eligible loans following compliance and guidelines.
- Provide information on all relevant offers.
- Loyalize customers who apply for a loan in order to convert them into “returning” customers and have them continue to apply for more loans.
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
- Work with the management team to stay current on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Negotiate payment with customers in case of late payments, providing information on offers and/or payment arrangements in case they are in Collections or request any discounts for full payment.
- Submit credits for review prior to approval to be pre-validated by the Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Typify each interaction performed in the campaign systems (Call Management System and LMS).
- Perform a good post-sales management.
- Ensure transparency in the sale under the terms and conditions required by the company and by each campaign.
- Create a pleasant experience for the customer at the end of each call.
- Comply with the disciplinary rules and other regulations of the company.
- Responsible for the inventory of work tools under his/her responsibility.
- Keep the direct boss informed of any new developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Proficiency in the microsoft office suite
- Problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication on negociation skills
- Adaptation to flexible schedules
- Ability to maintain th highest level of confidentiality
- Assertive communication skills
- Minimim 6 months experience as a call center agent
- Eperience in finance or loan processing/ sales a plus
