What You’ll Do

As a Team Member, you are on the front line of our operation, responsible for delivering great food and an even better guest experience.

Prepare high-quality food to brand standards
Accurately complete guest orders in a fast-paced environment
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
Support team operations including cashiering, cleaning, and restocking
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Participate in in-store fundraising and community initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills with guests and team members
Attention to detail and accountability for your work
Willingness to learn menu knowledge and operational standards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
