Irrigation and Lighting Foreman / Salesman – $30-$35/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Lead crews and oversee daily operations in the field
Meet with clients, assess project needs, and provide estimates, solutions or recommendations
Design, install, and service irrigation, landscape lighting systems, and Christmas lighting
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues
Ensure job site safety, quality, and efficiency
Handle service calls and system maintenance from start to finish
Drive project success through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality results

Requirements:

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Ability to read, interpret, and design irrigation as-built drawings
Proficiency with irrigation tools, equipment, system components, and installation techniques (including trenching, pipe work, pumps, valves, and diagnostics)
Basic computer proficiency (CAD, work order systems, and email)
Valid driver’s license (A Class A CDL is required to reach the top end of the pay scale)
Ability to get Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC) credential
Ability to operate a lift
At least two years of irrigation experience required
