Responsibilities

- →Develop plans and requirements to execute RRL process outcomes in conjunction with the Learning Site Chain of Command and NDSTC staff.
- →Draft, format, and edit official Navy correspondences.
- →Organize virtual collaborative teams.
- →Lead data collection efforts ISO of the ND accessions and Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) process specific to ND and NDSTC.
- →Develop plans to execute RRL process outcomes for ND specific to NDSTC, brief developed plans to NDSTC staff and leadership for approval.
- →Participate in ND RRL-specific virtual and in-person meetings and collaborative efforts as directed by the NDSTC ND RRL PM.
- →Support NDSTC RRL PM with ND-specific RRL process forms, worksheets, workbooks, briefs, and other required products.
- →Ensure NDSTC staff and leadership are aware of ND RRL progress by providing bi-weekly updates to the NDSTC Training Department and ND RRL PM.
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be a US Citizen and possess Secret clearance
- Minimum of two (2) years (within the last five (5) years) of Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) training process experience.
- Two (2) years of experience in the training, facilities, and organizational structure of NDSTC.
- Must be knowledgeable about NAVEDTRA series 130 – 140.
- US Navy First Class Diver (minimum E-7), Diving Officer, or EOD Officer.
