Responsibilities

→Complete closing and escrow processes for commercial transactions.
→Communicate with multiple parties across multiple locations to successfully complete transactions.
→Work cross-functionally to monitor and mitigate risk.
→Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and solve unique issues.

High school diploma or equivalent.
3-4 years of escrow/title experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
