Escrow Assistant | Juneau, Alaska

Full-time • In office five days per week • Will train the right person

We’re looking for someone eager to learn, ready to contribute, and interested in building a long-term career.

Responsibilities

Support the escrow process, including opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing closing documents, and assisting with disbursements and follow-up.

Communicate regularly with customers and team members to keep transactions moving and provide an excellent customer experience.

Learn to interpret agreements and understand requirements related to escrow closings.

Use a variety of software applications and technologies to support accurate, efficient transactions.

A customer-first mindset, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to ask questions, solve problems, and learn.
A team-oriented approach and the drive to help customers—and your teammates—succeed.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
A high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
