Production Associates Needed – Multiple Shifts

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Production Team. We have opportunities available across multiple shifts and positions. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to build a career in production, we'd love to talk with you.

Paintline Operators play a key role in producing high-quality coated metal products while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Slitter Packagers support the production process by operating and monitoring equipment, packaging finished products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Depending on your assigned position, production responsibilities may include:

• →Operate and monitor production equipment.
• →Assist with equipment setup, operation, and changeovers.
• →Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• →Perform quality checks and document production information.
• →Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• →Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• →Work closely with teammates to meet production goals.
• →Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attendance.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work scheduled mandatory overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
