WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist customers with purchases, loans, and merchandise questions
• Evaluate merchandise for buying, selling, and lending opportunities
• Build customer relationships through exceptional service
• Process transactions accurately
• Maintain merchandise displays and inventory organization
• Support daily store operations
• Complete required training and follow company policies

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Sales experience is helpful but not required
