American First Finance (AFF), a subsidiary of FirstCash Holdings, is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Partner Support Specialist (PSS) to support and grow an established portfolio of merchant partners. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, helping merchants maximize financing program utilization, increase funded volume, and drive overall business success.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building strong, long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners.
→Drive utilization and funded volume growth within an assigned territory.
→Conduct in-store visits, virtual meetings, and outbound outreach to support merchant performance.
→Deliver training and coaching to merchant staff on financing programs and best practices.
→Ensure marketing materials are properly displayed and updated within partner locations.
→Resolve merchant concerns promptly and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
→Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and territory planning.
→Partner with Sales, Operations, Training, and other departments to support business objectives.

Strong merchant engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Consistent growth in program utilization and funded volume.
Effective territory management and execution of account plans.
Proactive communication and problem-solving.
Ownership, accountability, and a commitment to results.

Requirements

Proven experience achieving sales, service, or account management goals.
Excellent relationship-building and face-to-face communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required.
Experience in consumer finance, merchant services, retail operations, or account management is a plus.
