~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in business-related field or 3+ years 3-5 years of production processing experience with demonstrated process improvement results
- Experience maintaining process documentation and ensuring version control
- Ability to monitor process performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training staff and coordinating with stakeholders
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings and process improvement sessions
- Proven track record of building professional working relationships across departments
- Demonstrated ability to escalate issues appropriately and follow escalation protocols
- Experience with process mapping tools and workflow documentation
- General knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate controls documentation alignment
- Experience with business process management platforms or process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with process mining, analytics, or business intelligence tools
- Experience implementing continuous improvements
- Knowledge of control frameworks and risk management practices
- Experience with electronic payments processing or related banking operations
- Understanding of audit requirements and compliance testing procedures
