The Technical Part:
- Associate’s degree and 6 months of instrument work or military experience, or High school/GED + 2 years of instrument work or military experience within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Project Management Skills
- Shift: 12-hour, based on business needs.
- 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Experience in:
- Calibration of Temperature, Pressure, level, and analytical instrumentation
- Sanitary diaphragm and gasket replacement skills
- Review and maintenance of Autoclave/Glasswasher.
- LOTO and Maximo CMMS Documentations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Perform advanced calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.
- Maintain an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems.
- Ensure that calibration paperwork, instrument files, and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.
- Evaluate the current calibration cycles and make appropriate changes to optimize the calibration program.
- Develop and maintain a detailed training program to build the team's knowledge across all plant areas.
- Develop, revise, and review SOPs for related areas.
- Design, install, configure, and start up multiple instruments and microprocessor-based controllers used for process control.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software problems for computer-based process control systems.
- Maintain an up-to-date cGMP training book.
Maintain, interpret, and update loop sheets, electrical schematics, P&ID's, I/O wiring, and panel drawings. - Complete PLC, DCS, BMS, and MMI programming and advanced troubleshooting.
- Start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all instrumentation design specifications.
- Assist with the development and lead in the execution of validation documents for instrumentation equipment.
