Requirements

Previous automotive parts experience preferred (OEM dealership experience is a plus).
Familiarity with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

→Process OEM parts warranty, claims, and returns accurately and efficiently.
→Coordinate returns with wholesale customers, vendors, and dealership personnel.
→Verify return eligibility and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies.
→Research and resolve discrepancies related to credits, shortages, damaged parts, and shipping errors.
→Maintain accurate records of returns, credits, and claim documentation.
→Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
→Work closely with warehouse, shipping, counter, and management teams.
→Meet daily processing goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
