Our service department continues to grow, and we are looking for motivated technicians who want a stable career with opportunities to advance.

Experience working in an independent repair shop, quick-lube facility, tire shop, or automotive service center such as Midas, Monro, Goodyear, Firestone, Jiffy Lube, or similar is encouraged. Automotive trade school graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Previous automotive service experience or automotive technical school education
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Basic automotive tools and mechanical knowledge
Ability to safely lift and handle tires and automotive components
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses or be able to obtain

Responsibilities

→Perform oil changes and manufacturer-recommended maintenance services
→Perform tire rotations, tire repairs, and basic tire services
→Perform battery, filter, wiper, and other light maintenance repairs
→Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
→Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance needs
→Accurately document inspection findings and recommended repairs
→Complete assigned repair orders efficiently and accurately
→Communicate with service advisors and management when additional repairs or concerns are identified
→Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
→Complete required manufacturer training and maintain certifications
→Follow dealership procedures and all applicable state and federal safety and environmental regulations
