Digital Business Data Analyst

Summary: The Digital Business Data Analyst is responsible for capturing, analyzing, and visualizing digital channel performance to support Five Guys’ marketing and business objectives. This role leads the development of dashboards and insights using tools like Power BI along with consolidating data from multiple 3rd party vendor sources. The analyst will leverage the latest AI-driven tools and techniques including AI 

agents to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and uncover deeper insights, enabling more predictive and proactive decision-making. They will translate complex, multi-source data into reliable, actionable intelligence that empowers the Digital & Analytics team to inform strategy, optimize marketing spending across channels including DSP platforms, loyalty, and CRM, and forecast performance outcomes with confidence.
