Your Journey Starts Here. This Isn't Just A Role - It's A Position Within A Global Lifestyle Powerhouse. At The Group, you'll operate at the crossroads of culture, entertainment, and commercial ambition - contributing to an ecosystem that spans hospitality, entertainment, real estate, and beyond. The Opportunity A Platform for Those Who Deliver. Whether you're in a frontline role, a specialist function, or a leadership position, every role presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Roles and Responsibilities You Take Ownership. You Deliver With Precision. You approach your responsibilities with discipline, a clear understanding of what the business requires, and a consistent attention to quality - working collaboratively and focused, at all times, on delivering meaningful output. Develop and manage integrated marketing strategies for live events, DJ performances, residencies and recurring event series. Work closely with the programming and events teams to develop, position and grow event brands and concepts. Lead marketing campaign planning and execution across digital, social media, content, PR and relevant promotional channels. Develop tailored marketing plans for individual events and event series, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. Oversee marketing timelines, campaign deliverables and cross-functional coordination. Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement and ticket sales. Act as a key marketing contact for artists, artist management, booking agencies and external partners. Manage artist-related marketing requirements, including promotional plans, announcements, content assets, approvals and contractual marketing deliverables. Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution. Build strong working relationships with artist teams and partners to maximise collaborative marketing opportunities. Lead the development of content strategies for individual event series, artist performances and event brands. Work closely with creative, social media and production teams to develop engaging, relevant and platform-specific content. Oversee content calendars, campaign rollouts and creative briefs. Identify content opportunities across the full event lifecycle, including pre-event promotion, live event coverage and post-event storytelling. Ensure all content reflects the positioning and identity of the respective event brand. Stay informed on emerging music, nightlife, cultural and social media trends. 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within live events, music, nightlife, entertainment or hospitality. Proven experience developing and managing marketing campaigns for live events, artists or entertainment brands. Strong understanding of electronic music, DJ culture, artist marketing and the international nightlife industry. Solid knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content strategy and paid media. Experience working directly with artists, management agencies, promoters and external partners is highly desirable. Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, brands and events simultaneously. Creative and strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on approach to execution. Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience development and event promotion. Flexibility to work around live event schedules, including evenings and weekends when required. The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional who understands the culture behind live music and nightlife, knows how to translate artist programming into compelling marketing campaigns, and has the creative vision and organisational skills to build event brands while delivering successful campaigns.
