Equipment Service Project Manager

The Equipment Service Project Manager is responsible for managing Five-S Group's equipment service operations throughout the full-service lifecycle, from preventive maintenance planning and repair execution through project closeout. This role combines technical oversight of field service operations with project management, financial accountability, scheduling, KPI management, and team leadership.

The Equipment Service Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for equipment uptime, service cost performance, and field team execution. This role works closely with Fleet Operations, Project Management, Procurement, Estimating, Operations, vendors, manufacturers, and leadership to ensure service activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with applicable requirements. This position reports to the Fleet Manager and is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
