Safety Compliance Analyst Manager

The Safety Compliance and Analyst Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and oversight of safety programs across both administrative and field operations within our multiple divisions within the company. The role combines safety documentation, compliance tracking, and in-field engagement with crews to ensure safety standards are understood and practiced daily. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who is equally comfortable in the field as they are managing reports, conducting training, and maintaining safety program documentation. This full-time position is based in our Baton Rouge office and reports to the Safety Manager.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
