About the Role
~1 min readWe're looking for a District Manager to oversee three AmeriFix repair shop locations across Indiana. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a proven track record of running successful repair shops — someone who knows the numbers, knows the floor, and knows how to keep customers taken care of. You'll be responsible for financial performance, operational consistency, and team development across your district, and you'll be ready to step in on the front line whenever a location needs it.

Oversee daily operations of three AmeriFix locations, ensuring consistency in quality, safety, and customer experience.

Review shop-level P&L statements, identify trends, and drive improvement plans to strengthen financial performance.

Own key operational metrics — revenue, car count, average repair order, technician efficiency, and customer retention — and lead your teams to hit them.

Step into frontline roles to cover gaps or support locations during peak demand.

Recruit, train, and mentor location managers and shop staff.

Personally resolve escalated customer concerns with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.

Travel regularly among all three Indiana locations.

7+ years of progressive experience in automotive repair shop management, including oversight of multiple locations.

A proven, successful track record of managing repair shops to measurable, sustained improvement in performance metrics.

Working knowledge of P&L statements and shop-level financials.

Willingness to step into hands-on roles when needed.

White glove customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations.

Strong leadership skills, with experience developing managers, advisors, and technicians.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel among locations.
