  • Developing a high-performing team – coaching and empowering colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes.

  • Handling complexity – supporting the resolution of escalated and complex rent-related cases.

  • Shaping strategy delivery – working closely with the Operations Manager to deliver our vision, Housing Made Simple, with a focus on simplicity, compliance, and customer experience.

  • Experience delivering continuous improvement and influencing wider organisational direction.

  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to challenge, support, and develop others.

  • Social housing experience in a rents or income-focused role.

  • Full UK driving licence

  • GCSE (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards CIH Level 4 (if not already held)
