Responsibilities

proven experience managing a team of finance professionals.
experience working within the housing sector, including rent and service charge setting in a regulated environment.
AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, (or equivalent) qualifications; or significant relevant experience
strong knowledge of financial accounting systems and data reconciliation processes.
demonstrable experience implementing and improving financial systems and processes.
a track record of driving performance improvement and operational excellence.
excellent stakeholder management and collaborative working skills.

strong financial and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
confidence working with large datasets, financial systems, and reporting tools.
