Responsibilities

Project management and coordination of complex electrical projects.

Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
- →
Manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
- →
Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
- →
Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
- →
Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
- →
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Requirements

5+ years of electrical project management experience.

A bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the skilled trades, is preferred.

Experience with industrial projects with a minimum of $2.5 M.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred experience managing a wide range of project sizes, from service and maintenance to large-scale, turnkey projects.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills are important.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
