Software Engineer, New Grad

The FlexAI Compute Infrastructure Platform provides an "end-to-end AI compute layer" for running and managing workloads across any cloud, any GPU, and any deployment model (public, hybrid, or on-prem). It brings together "1-click simplicity" for users with "enterprise-grade orchestration, security, and automation" under the hood.

FlexAI is looking for a Software Engineer (New Grad) to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of AI infrastructure.

From day one, you’ll work on real product features that impact customers — not sandbox projects. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, experienced team and learn by building across a wide range of technical challenges.

• →Design and build highly reliable, resilient infrastructure products and features
• →Work closely with developers, product, and customer-facing teams to solve real problems
• →Write high-quality, extensible, and maintainable code
• →Design and build APIs to drive existing and new platform features
• →Build solutions with a high level of reliability, scalability, and security
• →Debug issues and improve system performance
• →0-to-1 creation: Rapidly iterate — from idea to deployment
• →Take ownership of features and drive them to completion

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• At least one internship — ideally in a high-growth startup or infrastructure environment
• Strong coding ability in at least one language such as Python, Go, Java, or Javascript
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Others)
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and writing efficient, scalable code
• Familiarity with web applications or API development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and operate with increasing independence
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams
• Contributions to open source, hackathons, or shipped side projects is a plus
