To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Associate Production Supervisor will be in charge of directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

  • Manages the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and in charge of the line success. 
  • Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency and quality. 
  • Guide a team of professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and acknowledge requirements. 
  • Troubleshoot and explore operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability. 
  • Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.  
  • Provides technical and operational advice to project teams. 
  • May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.  
  • Engage in training and coaching of junior operators. 
  • Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements. 
  • Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects. 
  • Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses. 
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.  
  • Ensures compliance of standards.

Technical professional with experience in electronic manufacturing, focused on product integration, assembly, testing, and production support. To demonstrates a strong process-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proeficiency English level
  • Experience in electronic and electromechanical product integration.
  • Experience with electronic manufacturing processes, including Reflow.
  • Knowledge of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and electronic components.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow Work Orders (WO).
  • Experience in product testing, validation, and production line support.
  • Proficiency in the use of manual and power assembly tools.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication processes related to chassis, cabinets, brackets, and structural assemblies.
  • Adherence to manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production and integration issues.
  • Experience working in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment
