To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Engineering Tech (AOI, AXI) 2nd Shift to our team.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, the Engineering Tech (AOI, AXI) will perform complex engineering tests, troubleshooting, data analysis, and product validation activities while supporting automated optical inspection (AOI), automated X-ray inspection (AXI), process improvements, equipment performance, and problem resolution in a production environment.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

Perform complex engineering tests, checkouts, and development engineering activities for products, systems, and components.
Analyze engineering test results, collect data, implement procedures, and recommend changes to resolve technical issues.
Review project instructions, blueprints, specifications, and procedures to determine testing requirements and potential design solutions.
Set up and conduct operational testing of complete units and components to support development, standardization, quality control, and problem resolution.
Analyze test results against specifications and modify or adjust equipment to meet defined requirements and objectives.
Record test procedures, results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for product or test method improvements while maintaining software, documentation, and equipment revisions.
Assist engineers with the development of hardware and software required to test customer products and specifications.
Train technicians and operators on products, processes, equipment, customer requirements, and testing procedures.
