To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an  Process Engineer, located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related).
• Process Engineering experience in EMS manufacturing.
• Experience supporting SMT and PTH processes.
• Experience in NPI, high-volume/high-mix manufacturing, and customer-facing roles.
• Previous people management experience preferred.

• SMT: Screen Printing, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, X-Ray.
• PTH: Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, Thermal Profiling, Flux Management.
• Assembly & Test: ICT, Functional Test, End-of-Line Testing, System Integration.
• Polymeric Processes: Conformal Coating, Underfill, Staking, Potting, Encapsulation, Adhesive Dispensing.
• Quality Tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, GR&R, DOE, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
