Join Discova's Global Finance Shared Services team and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of accounts payable services across multiple destinations. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and contributing to efficient financial operations. You'll have the opportunity to support payment processing, reconciliations, reporting, and cash-flow visibility while helping maintain strong financial controls across the business. Responsibilities

→Deliver accurate and timely invoice processing across multiple Discova destinations.
→Manage supplier and employee payments while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
→Perform reconciliations and resolve payment-related issues to maintain AP accuracy and integrity.
→Provide meaningful AP reporting and cash-flow insights to support financial decision-making.
→Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality finance service experience.
→Support month-end activities and continuous improvement across AP processes and systems.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working knowledge of invoice processing, payment controls, supplier reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, filtering, and data reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using Tourplan or another ERP/accounting system is advantageous.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the relevant local language.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a high-volume environment.
