About the Role
~1 min readAs a Groups Travel Consultant for Meetings & Events, you'll be the go-to expert for managing small to large scale MICE and group bookings, handling end-to-end travel logistics that make clients' events run like clockwork. You'll search for the best deals, provide smart alternatives, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint. We are looking for an organized multi-tasker with a strong customer service mindset who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support clients with travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visa applications, transfers, changes, and cancellations
- →Search for the best travel deals and provide alternatives to meet customers' needs
- →Manage small to large scale MICE and group bookings with end-to-end logistics coordination
- →Promote FCM's products, services, and value proposition to deliver the best travel booking experience
- →Manage accurate customer information in GDS (PNRs, travel profiles, booking and ticketing details)
- →Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards
- →Keep up-to-date with travel destination information, airline rules and regulations, and global current affairs
- →Build strong, positive relationships with customers and maintain high service levels
- 3–5 years' experience managing small to large scale MICE and group bookings with end-to-end logistics
- Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus preferred
- A multi-tasker who stays organized with strong attention to detail and works well within timelines
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent team player
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to network and build relationships at all levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Self-motivated and proactive—takes initiative to stay current with travel trends and regulations
