About the Role
~1 min readAs a Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative travel products that inspire and delight our customers while delivering strong commercial results. You will play a key role in shaping Discova's product portfolio by identifying customer trends, market opportunities, and product gaps, ensuring our products remain competitive and market-leading.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Contracting, and Operations teams, you will manage the product lifecycle from concept through to launch and ongoing optimization. You will use market insights, customer feedback, and business performance data to continually enhance our product offering and deliver authentic, local, and experiential travel experiences that set Discova apart.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Design and develop innovative travel products, including experiences, day tours, and multi-day itineraries.
- →Identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging travel opportunities to drive product innovation.
- →Manage and optimize the product portfolio to meet the needs of different customer segments.
- →Conduct product research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to ensure Discova remains a market leader.
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- →Ensure products are commercially viable, competitively priced, and aligned with revenue and margin objectives.
- →Conduct product familiarization trips and share destination knowledge with colleagues and partners.
- →Support high-value proposals, tenders, and agent presentations through effective product selection and storytelling.

- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry and destination knowledge.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience traveling extensively within, or living in, Discova destinations is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
- Naturally curious, creative, and passionate about travel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident collaborating with stakeholders across cultures and functions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for business when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
