We are looking for a Revenue Management Analyst to join our ANZ team and drive the performance and optimisation of Air content across a diverse portfolio of corporate markets. Combining analytical thinking with commercial judgement, you will identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable margin outcomes in a high-autonomy environment.
Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Management and Regional Supply Leader, you will own the regional content strategy end-to-end analysing performance, identifying gaps, and partnering with Procurement, Pricing Delivery, Brands, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing change, and taking ownership of commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Monitor and optimise Air content performance across your portfolio, ensuring a strong understanding of available content, gaps, pricing, restrictions, and eligibility.
- →Analyse supplier content, customer needs, consultant behaviour, and margin opportunities to identify commercial opportunities and recommend action.
- →Use expertise in airline distribution, fare structures, and content flows to influence supplier strategy and improve competitiveness.
- →Partner with Supply, Brands, Pricing, Distribution, and Technology teams to execute content strategies and resolve missed opportunities.
- →Track performance trends, measure ROI of initiatives, and deliver insights and reporting that support commercial decision-making.
- →Own regional projects and initiatives that improve margin, savings opportunities, content quality, and overall team performance.
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, interpret data, and translate insights into commercial recommendations.
- Experience in travel industry pricing, airline distribution, fares, GDS, or NDC concepts preferred.
- Comfortable working autonomously, managing priorities, and driving outcomes with limited day-to-day direction.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams and competing priorities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex information and maintain accuracy.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a focus on building strong relationships.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor degree or higher (essential).
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/data analysis experience (essential).
- Strong analytical capability, including experience working with data and identifying trends (essential).
- Previous experience in the travel industry, ideally with GDS and/or NDC exposure (preferred).
- Previous experience in an analytical, revenue management, pricing, or commercial role (preferred).
