About Flip

Rafi, Luqman, and Anjar, who were college friends in Universitas Indonesia, started Flip as a project in 2015 to transfer payments to each other at a fraction of what banks would charge them. What you'll do:

Lead strategy, development, and expansion of Gogogo & Flip's Digital Products.
Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that drive significant value and contribute to Flip & Gogogos.
Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions.
Define the vision for Gogogo & Flip's Digital Products, fostering innovation and building strategic partnerships.
Establish Gogogo & Flip's Digital Products as the preferred solution for gaming & daily needs
Position Gogogo as a leader in the Indonesia, SEA & beyond gaming & digital product scape, shaping its international presence.
Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that drive significant value and contribute to Flip & Gogogo overall success

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in business development, strategy, product leadership, or marketing, preferably in gaming industry, digital products, and international markets.
Proven track record of launching and scaling products or business lines, especially in relevant markets.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term business plans and execute them effectively.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to inform decisions and strategie
