As a Client Servicing Agent at Flipster

You will be responsible for answering trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange-related enquiries, account registration and account management-related enquiries, promotion and event enquiries, troubleshooting platform issues, and managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries.

Handling user enquiries, including:

Account registration and account management

KYC-related enquiries

Promotion and Event-related enquiries

Wallet and asset-related enquiries

Managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders

Manage enquiries on trading platform usage from a technical perspective

Community management and providing support across multiple channels

Fluent in both English and Mandarin

Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange

Experience with Zendesk, Slack and Sumsub

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
