Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing onsite installation, service, and technical support for Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and related instrumentation. Key responsibilities include system startup and commissioning, preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting, quarterly quality assurance testing, and operational performance evaluations to ensure compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.

This position will primarily support multiple data center facilities throughout the Houston area. Due to project requirements, the role is expected to involve a 50-hour workweek during the first year. Comprehensive training will be provided at our Denver, Colorado office, with the duration of training based on the candidate’s experience and technical background.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing responsibilities independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight as required to support customer and project needs.

• →Perform onsite installation, commissioning, diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance of Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and related instrumentation.

• →Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and management.
• →Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• →Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via telephone and other remote communication methods.
• →Accurately document service activities, maintenance performed, and technical findings in work orders.
• →Comply with all company safety policies, customer site requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• →Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Associate degree in engineering, technology, or a related scientific field.
• Five to ten years of relevant field experience in troubleshooting, repairing analytical equipment, and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
