Responsibilities

→Manage accounts receivable including posting, cash matching, and dunning processes.
→Oversee accounts payable, including invoice entry, bank payments, and reconciliations.
→Perform general ledger accounting for Singapore and Japan entities.
→Manage GL, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, accruals, and prepayments.
→Handle expense claims and ensure timely resolution of finance‑related queries.
→Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
→Lead the month‑end closing for both CWAPAC and CW Japan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
→Prepare annual financial statements and audit schedules.
→Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
→Oversee payroll accounting and filings.
→Handle all local tax filings for Singapore and Japan.
