HR Advisor (14 month Contract)

• →Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support.
• →Partner with managers on employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding.
• →Provide guidance on performance, employee relations, workplace accommodations, and organisational effectiveness.
• →Build strong relationships with leaders and support team development and engagement initiatives.
• →Drive annual HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, compliance, training, and compensation programs.
• →Support talent acquisition activities, including requisitions, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• →Analyse HR data and provide insights to support workforce decisions.
• →Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities to improve employee experience.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and initiatives.

• Required: Strong communication, interpersonal, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Required: Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Required: Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
• Required: Experience coaching managers and supporting HR programs.
• Required: 2-5 years of HR experience in a professional environment.
• Required: 1+ year of experience using Workday.
• Advantage: Experience supporting multiple client groups in a fast-paced organisation.
• Required: Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
