Machine Operator

• →Set up and operate SMT production equipment, including solder paste printers and pick-and-place machines.
• →Load materials and prepare components for production runs.
• →Perform visual inspections and identify product defects.
• →Conduct testing, review results, and package finished products.
• →Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs on SMT equipment and production tools.
• →Organize, track, and store raw materials, including reels and PCBs.
• →Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and drive process improvements.
• →Report quality concerns and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and product quality.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow written instructions and learn new equipment and processes.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity when working with small components and tools.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with PCBA soldering and SMT component rework.
• Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
